Make a Difference

This page is designed to help connect people with different ways in which they can make a difference in the world, it is not a complete list, but is meant to spur thought and action (don't forget the action part).  There will be some things that are might be really great, but no one is doing that in your neighborhood, well, see if you can start one.  There might already be a group doing what you want, so do some research and find out what you can do in your neighborhood to make a difference. If you want to help through any organization, you should call them or email them and see what they need of you before you can start volunteering, some places require background checks and/or other training (not difficult training mostly, just training in their way of doing things).
